Casarecce alla Vodka
From the moment the dish graced the table, I was captivated by its inviting aroma. The tantalizing blend of tomatoes, cream, and the unmistakable hint of vodka that promised a rich, indulgent experience. The casarecce pasta, with its unique twisted shape, cradled the sauce perfectly, creating a harmonious dance of flavors in every bite. As I took my first forkful, the creamy sauce enveloped the perfectly al dente pasta, bursting with a lusciousness that felt like a warm embrace. The subtle heat from the crushed red pepper added just the right amount of kick, elevating the dish from comforting to utterly unforgettable. Each mouthful was like a celebration, a testament to the art of Italian cooking. I cannot wait to come back for more. WOW!
Prime Filet Mignon*
This was literally the best steak I've ever had in my 27yrs of life. If you ever get rid of it I will cry forever.
shrimp ceviche*
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The shrimp ceviche at Westsiders is so good. The shrimp was super fresh and perfectly citrusy without being overpowering. The balance of lime, herbs, and crisp veggies made it really bright and refreshing. It tasted incredibly clean and flavorful—one of those dishes where every bite feels light but still packed with flavor.
Casarecce alla Vodka
The vodka pasta might have been the best I've ever had. Alex our server was a total rockstar! Made everyone in our 12 person party feel like family. Service was just as good as the food. Will be back for sure.
crab & hominy dip
The first taste was sheer bliss—the sweetness of the crab harmonized beautifully with the earthy notes of the hominy. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavors, enhanced by a subtle hint of spice that lingered on the palate. The dip was decadently creamy, yet surprisingly light, making it easy to enjoy with the crispy homemade tortilla chips that accompanied it. It was evident that the chefs at Westsiders have a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and balance.
fried chickpeas
These are an amazingly flavorful savory snack. They're not overly fried and not too soft either. I look forward to these each time I go to Westsiders.
Hokkaido Scallops
This was a culinary delight! The flavors came together so fabulously. The scallops were tender and so good!

Absolutely savory and delicious, will definitely be getting again. I also had the fried potatoes, amazing smashed double fried tater. Yum.
